SPECIFICATIONS

1) WRIST BAND : Stainless Steel adjustable throughout the entire band length to ensure position skin contact and integrity of grounding.

2) COILDED CORD : PU(Polyurethene) cable. Straight cord 8 FT or 12 FT.(Optional: -6ft, 10ft, 12ft, 15ft, 20ft)

3) OUTER DIAMETER : 2.5 +/-0.1 MM

4) RESISTOR: 1 Meg Ohm ¼ watt (Crimped and soldered on top of the socket) +/-2%

5) INSULATION : Polyurethene

6) BANANA PLUG/SNAP BASE HOUSING: Moulded with strain relief and cord restrain. Fixed stainless steel swing copper alloy.

7) FEMALE SNAP : 10mm OD Stainless Steel.

8) ALLIGATOR CLIP : 0.4mm

1) PULL FORCE TEST

- Use the push-pull gauge pull the button from wrist strap. Pull force require to remove shown on the gauge as below:-

Required Spec : 1lb - 5lb (0.45 – 2.25kg)

2) CONDUCTIVITY TEST

-Connect the both ends of the cable to the multimeter. Reading shown as below:-

Required Spec : 1 M Ohm

3) STRETCH TEST

- Speed 30 times per minute

- 10 000 times stretching

- Stretch length : 5 times longer than test piece

4) BENDING TEST ON STRAIN RELIEF

-Bending arc = 120deg

-Speed = 33 operation per minute
